Pilot GPT will further improve the accuracy and quality of Pilot’s accounting services and deliver value to customers. The generative AI technology from OpenAI integrated into Pilot GPT will allow Pilot to better serve small businesses and make informed decisions through AI analytics paired with the expertise of real accountants. By combining the best of human expertise and AI, accountants can provide services beyond the scale of traditional accounting firms.
For the last decade bookkeeping has remained stagnant as a manual, mundane job. Pilot is challenging the structures of a traditional accounting firm to transform and automate the industry, starting with small businesses. Through the continued incorporation of AI into Pilot’s services, tedious accounting work such as manual data entry is reduced, freeing up accountants to focus on high-level strategic management for customers.
Pilot co-founder Jeff Arnold led Operations at OpenAI prior to founding Pilot and the company has always taken a multi-pronged approach to AI. “Having leveraged AI technology at Pilot for over half a decade, we’re aware of the significant potential impact of AI. However, no single AI technology or model is a silver bullet for all use cases,” said Waseem Daher, co-founder and CEO of Pilot, “We’ve been thoughtful about how we integrate generative AI within our existing AI software stack to empower our staff to provide the best possible customer experience. Pilot enables businesses to make critical business decisions through the combined power of our AI analytics and our expert staff.”
Pilot GPT will become widely available this quarter for all Pilot customers. To find out more information about Pilot’s services please visit https://pilot.com/
